We currently have two weekly ad cycles, and ads are posted accordingly.

  • For ads effective Wednesday through Tuesday, we post around midnight Eastern time on Wednesday morning.
  • For ads effective Thursday through Wednesday, we post around midnight Eastern time on Thursday morning.

The process to post our weekly ads means publishing all the content, images, and graphics throughout the internet across many different servers. It may take several hours to complete, so there's no way to guarantee exactly what time the ads will appear on our website.

To increase the size of the ad, you can increase your browser's zoom level, usually found in the bottom right corner of your browser window. For more on how to zoom a web page, please refer to your web browser's Help section.

If you're seeing an outdated version of the weekly ad, try one of these workarounds to resolve the issue:

  • Refresh your browser. Press F5 to reload the weekly ad page.
  • Clear your temporary internet files. Close your browser, reopen, and navigate to the new weekly ad.
  • Change your preferred store to another store near you. If you see the updated ad, change back to your preferred store to view the same ad.

If you're still unable to see the updated version of the weekly ad, please contact us so we can research and address the issue.

A weekly ad alert or notification is distributed as part of the GreenWise Market REWARDS weekly email. In order to receive the weekly ad alert via email, log in or sign up at GreenWise Market REWARDS. Once logged in to GreenWise Market REWARDS, look under Account > Preferences and select Yes from the Email section.

As a GreenWise Market REWARDS member opted in to receive emails, you will receive the GreenWise Market REWARDS email on Wednesdays or Thursdays each week, depending on your store location.

Log in to REWARDS at GreenWiseMarket.com. Look under Account > Preferences. Select Yes or No from the Email section.

Log in to GreenWise Market REWARDS and change your email address under Account > Profile.

Make sure you're properly signed up. If you're still not receiving the weekly ad alert, check your junk mail (spam). To ensure the alerts aren't treated as junk mail, add noreply@exact.GreenWiseMarket.com to your Safe Senders list.

Our weekly ad is optimized for the latest web browser technology. If you're experiencing issues with the weekly ad loading in your browser, please confirm you're using a supported version.

If you're using a supported browser, the issue is most likely with the web browser cookie used for the weekly ad. Try deleting your web browser's cookies and visit the weekly ad again.

The zoom level of your browser may need to be adjusted. Zoom out and click Save at the top of the page to refresh.

If this doesn't resolve the problem, you may need to adjust the resolution on your monitor. Our site is best viewed at any resolution above 1024 x 768.

The weekly ad is a responsive web page that determines the viewing size of the device, then displays content to best match that size. Sometimes when a web browser isn't maximized on a desktop or laptop computer, the ad site is shown in "tablet" mode. We're working to correct this, but in the meantime, consider these possible causes and solutions for a two-page display.

Cause: The web browser isn't maximized on a desktop or laptop computer.
Solution: Maximize the browser and refresh the page.

Cause: The zoom level feature for the web browser is greater than 100%.
Solution: Reset to 100% and refresh the page.

Cause: The screen resolution is set to 1024 x 768 or lower.
Solution: Increase the screen resolution of your monitor and revisit the site. A monitor resolution or web browser size must be larger than 1024 x 768 to view the ad in desktop mode as shown in this sample (pdf download).

Other: If your mouse has a scroll wheel, you may be able to scroll the dropdown list when you click the Department dropdown menu.
