GreenWise Market REWARDS is a program where you can enjoy a more personalized shopping experience, including deals on products you love, just by entering your phone number at checkout every time you shop.
First you must sign up for GreenWise Market REWARDS, if you haven't already, and subscribe to emails on your Account Settings page. You will receive a weekly email which will notify you if you have received a new reward. All you will have to do is enter your phone number at checkout to redeem the reward.
In order to have a REWARDS account, you must have a Publix.com account. Sign up and start enjoying all the benefits of GreenWise Market rewards!
There is no charge to create or use your account.
No. Each account may have one registered user, though the account may be used by the entire household by entering the same phone number at the PIN pad at checkout.
You can see all of the rewards you have earned under the Rewards tab when you are logged in to your account.
You redeem rewards saved in your account at checkout by entering your unique 10-digit phone number into the PIN pad.
Your savings will be itemized on your receipt.
Yes. Expiration dates appear on each reward. Expired rewards will be deleted from your account automatically.
Rewards will be redeemable at all GreenWise Market stores.
Yes. Savings can be stacked. More information is available in our coupon policy.
If you forgot your password or need to change it, simply select the Edit link in the Profile section of your account. This will take you to publix.com, where you can update your settings.
Yes. You may use both in the same transaction.
Yes. Digital and paper coupons for private label items may be combined for use on the same item.
Make sure you are entering the correct 10-digit phone number at checkout. Visit your GreenWise Market REWARDS account to view your registered phone number.
Confirm your purchase meets the reward purchase requirements, which can be found by clicking Details on the reward.
You can call 1-866-486-4292 (Mon-Fri, 8 a.m. – 9 p.m.) or email GreenWise Market Support to resolve any issues. You will need to include your GreenWise Market REWARDS phone number and transaction information.
Once a reward has been used, it cannot be used again.
Yes. As long as the transaction has not been finalized, you can use the reward in a future shopping trip.
